
I am very pleased to announce that client presentation snacks have taken a leap forward. Kristofer Kalas, my son, has been attending The French Culinary Institute in New York City,the top cooking school in the country. Half way through his education he is already creating delicious palette surprises. He has offered to add some of his creations over the summer to our client presentations.
Pictured here is a “ginger cookie”, recipe made-up with a filling of Roquefort cheese and Crème Fraiche. Seemingly an odd combination until you taste it. The cookie has a wonderful taste and just the right amount of chewiness. The filling is understated and makes a rare combination of flavors truly out of this world.
By summer, his repertoire will only continue to grow as well as the added pleasure to our client presentations. It’s worth booking a session just for the desserts.
